How to import favorites

Before reinstalling XP, I saved my favorites folder, but I can't figure out how to reinstall this folder into my newly installed IE6. I'd be grateful for any help.
 
Just copy the content of the old Favorites folder to the new Favorites
folder.
You can't use File-Import if you didn't export first.
