How to have url's open in separate windows?

Does anybody know how to set up internet shortcuts on
desktop or favorites url's that when I click it it opens
in a new window and not in one I already have opened? It
would really make internet browsing easier for me!

Go to internet options in the control panel, select advanced, uncheck the
reuse windows for shortcut option

For the current link only, whilst holding down the
[Shift] key on the keyboard, click the link.
