Opening new windows maximised

I want to know how do I set my browser, so that when I open new windows, the
new windows start in a maximised size and I dont have to maximise it myself?
E.G. I am browsing in Internet Explorer and I right click a link and open in
a new page. How do I get that new page to open already maximised?
