First: Record the model number of your PC. Also note the "Service Tag" number on the case.
Second: Phone Dell Sales (in the USA that number is 1-800-999-3355). You may have to use the
Internet to find a number if your are not in the USA.
Third: Ask to purchase a Set of Restore Disks for your Model PC. (Expect to pay approximately $40
USD)
After your receive the disks.
Start the computer and Press F2 to get into setup.
Make sure the computer "boot sequence is set to use the CD drive before the hard drive"
Put the "System Disk" in the CD drive and then "restart" the computer.
Follow the screen instruction for Installing Windows.
After windows is up and running, put the "Drivers and Utilities" disk in the computer.
Allow this disk to setup and then install all of the drivers checked, one at a time.
You may have to reboot several time before all the drivers are installed.
