How to enter addresses in outlook (from another address list) to .

I have an address list I use to send e-mail but when I try to send a web page
or link to someone, I am unable to because those addresses are not in
Outlook. I need help in knowing how to do this.

Outlook should recognize any SMTP format address -- (e-mail address removed) -- just
fine.
