How to delete and reinstall Windows Mail completly

I would like to wipe out Windows Mail completly and like to install a
complete NEW Version to avoid any trace from the previos Version.

Is there a simple method ?
I use Vista 64 and dondt want to install the operating system again!


Please advise

New version of what?
Windows Mail is part of the OS and can't be uninstalled.
However, when you install a new email program, it becomes
the default, and Windows Mail becomes dormant.

The problem I have is the following:
I get 100 + files aded with the header "restored Messenges like 07-2007-0014
7471205-01-00"
It continues growing!

How to stop that and set back to normal?
