how to configure Outlook 2000 to send and receive e-mail?

I do not know how to answer the set-up wizard's questions such as:
incomming mail (POP3 or IMAP) server and Outgoing mail (SMPT) server.

Ask your ISP or whomever provided you with your e-mail account. Nobody here
will know the answer.

Call your Internet service provider, or whomever is providing you with
e-mail service.
 
Check your ISP's (Internet Service Provider) website for information or their
contact phone number for technical support. If you have internet access you
must have an Internet Service Provider, they will supply the POP3 and SMTP
information you require.
