How do you find out the answer to, what is your incoming email server is it,
pop3, imap, or http also incoming mail server ( pop3 or imap ) server and
outgoing emial server ( smpt ) name, all without going on the blueyonder

In Windows Mail
Go to Tools>Accounts
Select the email account
Click on Properties
Click on Server and it will be listed there.

I'm assuming you've set this up already since you posted here...

Many email providers put their better people to writing such instructions,
instead of answering the phone. See if this helps you find the right
instructions:
