How to change from one-click to two-clicks to engage a command?

With Windows XP, how do we make it so a double-click must be used to
activate a command -- choose files, open files, etc., etc.?

Hi Scott,

Open My Computer, click on Tools - Folder Options, select Double-click
to... under "Click times as follows.
