How to: change "file as" setting for ALL contacts in Outlook at once?

Hello,

I currently have over 1000 contacts and despite me setting the "file
as" (in the contacts) to be "first,last" Outlook still displays the
contacts "last,first".

Now I can go and change every contact one-by-one but was hoping that
there is another way.

Please advise.

Displays them as "last, first" in the File As property? Is there a particular reason you can't just use the Full Name field when you need to see names in "first last" order? (Just trying to save you some effort)
