How to change a hotkey???

I need to disable a hotkey (shortcut key) and cant find where to do it.
When I press "control" my view changes to full view, press control
again and it restores to orginal view. This happens when Im just look
at folders on my harddrive ( windows explore) and in web browsers. Its
very annoying. Can anyone help?????

Look in the shortcut properties. Or try this:

Their Hotkey Detective utility is pretty handy at finding these keys but
they require a paid subscription to access the download. You can search
the net for "hotkeyd.zip" and you will find it somewhere else.
