Moving paragraphs by hotkey

Hi,

I make extensive use of the alt-shift-up/down hotkey to move
paras around a document. Everything was great until yesterday,
when the function began behaving differently. After studying it a
while I realized that Word was moving paragraphs as if it were in
Outline View.

If I moved a Heading, it would jump over all Body Text, up to the
previous heading. If I moved a body text para, the whole block of
body text paras under a Heading would move.

So I went to Customizer/Keyboard and found that, indeed, the
hotkey was assigned to OUTLINEmoveup/down.

How do I return this hotkey to its original function, without
losing all my custom assignations? I can't find the simple para
move command anywhere.

Thanks,
p.

Strange, I toggled the hotkeys off and back on, and everything's
back to how it was.... weird.
