I was playing around with my computer i started thinking about making a
hotkey to one of my favorite websites. I created a shortcut to that website
and linked it to the F9 key. Later, I deleted this shortcut to test a
program-type thing that I had made. Now, every time I press F9, it says
something about the shortcut not being availible and that I need to relocate
it. Now, whenever I put a shortcut of the same name in the folder that the
old one was in, it uses that as the F9 shortcut, yet when I go into the
properties menu, all I see under shortcut keys is: None. Somebody please
help. I can't assign F9 to anything else and it's my primary shortcut key.
