Hope this is the right place to ask. Using XP IE8 and and this pc is
specifically for the kid use. How can I set the browser just to access 1 web
site (just the school website) as we do not want the kid to go to any other
web sites. We have other pc in which he can access others website when under
supervision. Many thanks

Probably the fastest, easiest and safest way to lock it down for your
purposes is via something like NetNanny, which IIRC has a free 30-day trial
and is about $50.

You would otherwise impose the limitations in XP itself, not in the browser;
and how you do that depends on what XP version you have.

Via Group Policies, and you'll have a fair amount of detailed work to do.

NetNanny and similar apps are much easier to configure and use.
