How to: add select an action to perform?

I would like to add a program (Easy CD Creator) short-cut
to my CD drive (XProperties, in the Actions field.
Where I have a choice to pick from "Select an action to
preform" or "Prompt me each time to choose and action".

Any help would be great. Or link to Kelly's Korner.

Not AutoPlay, would like to have choice of what program
to pick from. From the " Promt me each time to choose an
action" field, say, if you Select the Picture icon (has
many choices there). Like to add the program to
the "Mixed Content" field box.
