Adding a program to the perform actions box

When you place a blank CD or any CD for that matter into a CD burner or DVD
drive, etc. a box pops up with a list of "performable actions." How do you
add a program to that list of actions?

My problem is when I place a blank CD into my burner the box that pops up
only gives me 2 choices of what to do. I want to add Nero to the list of
actions. How do I do that? Thanx.

How do you add something else. I also have a different program I'd like to
