How to Add/Remove a program that was installed on the secondary HD

Does anybody know how to Add/Remove programs for something that was installed on another hard drive. My situation is that installed something on hard drive A and now I want to remove the program. However, now I have hard drive B and I set Hard Drive B to master and Hard Drive A to slave. Now I boot into 2000 and when I go to add/remove programs I can only Add/Remove for programs installed on Hard Drive B. Is there any way to delete the program I want to delete on HD A (including all the registry files that reside on HD A)?

If you're booting from the installation on drive B, there is no registry on
A - or at least, not one that you are using. As long as you're not
dual-booting, you can delete all files on drive A except boot.ini, ntldr,
and ntdetect.com.
