how to add contact automatically from received mail?

I could not manage to do the setting so that the mail sender will be added to
my contact list automaticcaly... would you help please. thanks
 
You might have better luck asking this question in an Outlook or Outlook
Express newsgroup. This NG is for Microsoft Access.
