How to access my emails/contacts from another pc?

My laptop crashed!! How can I access my emails or contacts from another pc?
They are all in outlook. Can I access it from the internet??

No, not from the internet. If you have access to the drive and its still
good, browse to the folder on the old computer -
x:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook (vista) and z:\Documents
and Settings\username\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
(xp). (X = the drive letter). You will need to show hidden files and
folders to see these folders.
