Sync Contacts with iPhone

I got problem when I sync contact from my iPhone to PC ( using Outlook
contact 2007) Some informations can not be synced. Picture of contact,
another mobile number such as : Business phone, Business fax, note, Birthday,
etc. just basic information can be synced such as: name, email, and only 1
number phone.

I tried to sync iphone with Window contact ( not contact of Outlook 2007),
it's ok, everything can be synced.

Whats the matter with contact function of Outlook 2007.
 
Not an Outlook issue. All sync issues are controlled by the sync software.
Contact them.
