How to access a PST file from another computer over the web?

I have a business where I receive specific E-Mails from my clients. These
E-Mails are quite large and contain multiple attachments of pictures. Well,
to explain in a way that makes it easy. As you can see in my signature line,
my company gives Rebates on anything you purchase. The way we determine a
person’s rebate is to have them send us copies of the receipts they get when
they do their shopping. Some people make photo-copies and mail them in. Yet
others use their scanner and E-Mail the scanned copies of their receipts to
us. I have a person who is my comptroller of data and receipts who works for
me and is the one who processes these receipts. Well he works from his home
and needs access to the E-Mail delivered receipts. I have them come into my
office machine, so I will always have them in the company records. I don't
want to have them sent directly to his machine only because what if he quit
working for me or he passed away etc... I need to have those records on my
office machine. Therefore having them go to his machine ONLY will not work.
Also I have several months of data in my PST file which he needs to access
and the PST file is too large to put on a disk to send to him, and of course
it would be too large to send via E-Mail or download from my machine to his.
So, how can I give him access to the PST file where those are stored on my
machine? For future maybe I can set it somehow to automatically send him a
copy when they come in? OR ????

Thanks in advance for your suggestions!

The best option is to forward him a copy (using rules) as they arrive.
Otherwise, you'll need to use a 3rd party program that opens outlook to the
internet. It's not recommended because if not properly configured, anyone
could access your outlook data.

Another option is using a sharepoint site to store and share the scans -
you'll need windows 2003 to use it.
