How save/extract photographs?

Someone sent me an Excel spreadsheet with two photographs in it. I would like
to remove those photographs, save them as standalone JPG files (or whatever
format they are in) How do I save/extract photographs from an Excel
Spreadsheet? It's Excel 2002 and Windows XP.

Save your workbook as webpage
File>SaveAs

You will have a folder then with all pictures and one htm file
