How many lisences come with Win XP Pro?

I have heard that Win XP Pro OEM will let you install on 2
machines. But I can't find any documentation at microsoft
that states such a claim. Anyone know the real deal?

Both OEM and retail versions of Windows XP come with
just one (1) license which entitles you to install it on one (1)
computer only. The "retail version" of "Microsoft Office XP"
can be installed on two computers, a desktop and a notebook.
That's probably what you heard.
