How do you save e-mail templates in the sidebar in Outlook?

I'm trying to figure out how to save an e-mail template in the sidebar in
Outlook; so that every time I open outlook I can just click on the template
and it will automatically open it. I have a mass e-mail (with different
recipients and subject lines, but the same body information) that I send
every week and going through the tools-forms option takes too long. I tried
saving the template as a draft but when you send the e-mail it disappears
from the draft folder. I just want to be able to click on it fill in the to:
section and subject: section and send it. Can someone help me with this?
Thanks!

Did you try saving it to Drafts, then forwarding it rather than sending the draft?
