How do you move Outlook 2003 mail between users?

I have two user accounts on Windows XP and I have Outlook
2003 set up on it. How do I move mail from my inbox of
one user account to the inbox of another user account?

Exchange or standalone? If standalone use File-> Open-> Outlook Data File
and browse to the pst-file of your other account. Make sure you have
read/write rights on it.
