How do you keep allowed settings on system reboot?

Does anyone know how to force Defender to keep an allow setting? For example
it keeps asking me what to do for: Microsoft Office Shortcut Bar.lnk

To which I keep saying allow, and it always comes back successfull, but the
next time I start my system it asks me again.

They forgot to put the always allow setting in ! so for the moment the only
work around is to go to tools and add the file path to do not scan !

I have noticed the same behavior. Would someone from Microsoft please fix
this annoying bug?
