how do you incorporate paste special in FP2003 from an excel page

I want to be able to display a table in frontpage2003 with information that i
have on excel 2007, and I want the information on fp to reflect whatever is
currently on excel. How can this be done?

Save the Excel file as html and file import it into FP

Although Not recommended, you can also use the Excel file as a datasource
