how do I create a multipage form in frontpage2003?

how do I create a multipage form in frontpage2003 so the information all goes
to the same file to send as an email to myself.

You need to manually create a chained set of forms w/ each form passing the values to the next form using either server side code
(ASP/PHP) or client side code (JavaScript)
