I want a web page to "auto- update" every minute or something like that! ( So
if i open the web page on the browser, but i do not update it myself on the
"Update-buttom" or using "F5", but the page automatically updates itself
every minute or so!!!
How do i do that in FrontPage2003? Is it possible?

Please help me out!!

Try placing <meta http-equiv="Refresh" content="60; index.htm"> in the head
of the page (between <head> and </head>). Change the 60 to however many
seconds you want it to refresh and change the index.htm to whatever your page
name is.
