How do you get rid of the "[SPAM]" in the subject of an email?

Everytime I send or receive email, no matter what computer
I'm on, it automatically inserts "[SPAM]" into the subject
of an email. How do I get rid of this?

Outlook isn't doing that. Check with your mail administrator or ISP and see
if they're running a spam filter that is.

How will that help? It's not spyware that's causing the problem.
