"Spam" in the Outlook Subject Line

Every email I send or receive has the word SPAM in the
subject line - even when I send an email to myself. The
word does not show in the subject line when writing an
email. How do I get rid of this problem?

I suspect you have a 3rd party program installed that watches what is sent
(e.g. antivirus, antispam) or something is fishy on the server side.
