"Spam" in Subject line of Outlook Messages

I turned off the Spam filter functionality in Outlook
2003, but I keep getting [SPAM] in the subject line of all
emails that I send out. I know this because I always BCC
myself. Any idea how to solve this?

it's added by a 3rd party spam filter, often one running on either your mail
server or the senders mail server, but can also be added by a 3rd party
client side filter.
