Does any one know how to get rid of [SPAM] showing up in
the subject line of every email I receive using Outlook?
I have no idea why this is appearing or how to get rid of
it?

I've tried adding the names of senders' email addresses to
an exception list, etc., have searched through the Help on
junk mail related filters... to no avail.

Any help GREATLY appreciated!

Do you have Norton Antivirus Installed?

Disable Norton Antivirus Junk e-mail filter. That's intercepting your
e-mails and adding spam to your subjects.
