For the love of god - help me get rid of these VIAGARA emails!!!

I get about 5 or more Viagara emails a day that have my email address in the
name. If I put it in my junk filter - I don't get any other email that I
might copy myself on. Is there a way to get rid of these annoying spam
emails?

Not with out installing a third party anti-spam filter. I personally use SpamBayes (available from sourceforge.net) and it works 99.999% of the time. It learns as you use it so it becomes smarted every day.

I am using NOD 32 which I thought was doing a good job...
