How do you create a XP SP 1 CD / directory?

Help! I had been trying to add IIS to my Windows XP for web site
testing and the Add/Remove Windows Components asked me to insert the
Windows XP Service Pack 1 CD for file Infocomm.DLL. When I supplied the
unzipped XP SP1 directory after I downloaded SP1, the dialog box
complained that it could not locate Infocomm.DLL. Upon closer look at
the unzipped XP SP1 directory, I find Infocomm.DL_ under the ..\IP
directory.

I could restore the infocomm.dl_ as infocomm.dll, but I am sure the
add/remove procedure will ask for different file of *.DLL.

A Windows XP SP1 CD can be made as long as you have an XP disc. It can be
very useful that you do have one. Instructions are below on how to make
one.
