Why is Add Windows Components asking for infocomm.DLL

Help,

My XP was asking for INFOCOMM>DLL from XP Professional Service Pack CD 1
when I was adding IIS via Add Windows Components. But there is INFOCOMM.DL_
in downloaded XP SP 1a. How do I go by to create the proper SP CD 1 to
satisfy the IIS installation?
