How do you animate a signature?

I'm trying to animate an auto signature to slide into position when the
recipient receives the message- I've seen it, but cannot remember how to make
this happen.
any help you could provide would be great! (Outlook's help was not so helpful)
 
Modify the htm-template of your signature with the HTML marquee tag.
