How do I add animation to my Outlook signature?

I want to add a powerpoint schemes and animation into my Outlook signature.
I have seen someone have it but I can not figure out how to accomplish this
task. Help
 
I am not familiar with PowerPoint. However I would not recommend adding
anything to your signature if it requires PowerPoint for viewing. Not all
your recipients wills have PowerPoint and as a result your Signature may not
show up properly.

The most standard thing to add is an animated GIF file which can be
displayed by virtually all e-mail clients.
