how do i use the crop option in a scan picture using power point?

I'm trying to use the crop option from power point in my scan pictures for a
presentation that i am doing. The option is not showing as a option. Can
someone please help me.

How did you add the picture? If you made it the background of a shape, you
will not be able to crop it. If you used Insert--> Picture from file, you
should be able to crop it.

cambumbo, It seems that you have set the picture as background. You may
delect the picture, then Insert>Picture>From Files, this time. you may see
the option.
