how do I upgrade my outlook 2000 on Pocket pc to Outlook 2003?

I have Outlook 2000 on my pocket pc & Outlook 2003 on my computer. The
information does not sync correctly (I am using the latest version of
Activesync). Is there an upgrade available for Outlook 2000 for pocket pcs?

What information does not sync correctly? Error messages?
Note that Outlook isn't running on the Pocket PC but that mail, contact,
calendar and taks is part of the Pocket PC Operating System

No, you have Pocket Outlook.
& Outlook 2003 on my computer.
