ActiveSync 4.5 and Outlook 2007 (Trial)

I cannot sync my Pocket PC (8125) with Outlook. Keep receiving error code
85010014. Everthing worked perfectly with an older version of ActiveSync and
Outlook 2000.
I have tried all the troubleshooting steps on ActiveSync, Windows Mobile,
and Outlook sites.
Please advise.

Note that ActiveSync is supported in the newsgroup pocketpc.activesync
