Outlook 2007, Activesync 4.5 are not playing well together...

After upgrading Outlook 2003 to 2007, Activesync 4.5 is telling me "Microsoft
Outlook is no longer installed, so Activesync cannot run. To continue
synchronization, reinstall Microsoft Outlook, If you no longer want to
synchronize your data, disable synchronization in Activesync."

Any suggestions?

Reinstall ActiveSync and/or recreate the partnership between ActiveSync and
your mobile device.
