Why can't I get my calendar/contacts to sync with my Pocket PC?

Ever since I upgraded from Outlook 2003 to Outlook 2007, I cannot get my
Calendar and Contacts to sync with my Pocket PC. Any suggestions on how to
solve this problem?

You might need updated software.
Try the microsoft.public.pocketpc News group and be more specific with what
happens when you try and what PPC it is, what software is installed etc.
