I have Outlook XP Express but need the extra features available in Outlook
XP. (I'm running Windows 98, which doesn't support Outlook 2003.) What's
the easiest way to upgrade?

Upgrade your OS to Windows XP and then purchase Office 2003. There is no
Outlook XP Express.
