Transfer files from Outlook Express

I'm unsure if this is the right forum for my question, but here goes.
My daughter has an old PC running win 98.
She uses Outlook Express (including its address book).
She now has a new PC running Win XP Home and MS Office (Outlook)
What is the easiest way to transfer her Outlook Express address book on the
old PC, to Outlook on the new one?
Does anyone know the filenames holding the Outlook Express addresses?
Any guidance would be most appreciated.

You need to transfer OE mail store and addresses from old PC to new.
Then on new connect the 'old' mail store to OE
Once done export, in OE mail to OL, and in OL import addresses
