I recently upgraded one of our remote users to Win 7 & Outlook 2010
from an XP machine using OE.
I did the windows easy transfer before the upgrade & when that was
imported back into Win 7, I had no emails, addresses, etc.
I was able to bring all his OE stuff into WIndows Live mail & then
tried exporting that to outlook, but nothing is showing up!
With the way they have re-designed Outlook, am I just not looking in
the right place?
Can someone point me there?
Thanks!

You cannot use the Import\Export function because it will cause corruption and other
issues as you have found out the hard way.

You need to put those Outlook files (pst) in it's proper location manually.
Hopefully you still have the original OL pst files saved
