How do I turn off the popup balloons in my document?

I am using Track Changes in Print Layout. I have marked Insertions and
Deltions by color only. I am the only person making changes in this
document, yet when my mouse moves over a tracked change a popup window
displays Tammy inserted on 4/13/06 and the whole paragraph that I entered. I
can see this already I don't need a popup of the same text blocking my view.
How do I turn off the popup insertion tooltips?
