how do I switch email adderesses?

I have 2 emails on Microsoft Outlook and im not sure how to switch to the
other one
 
Outlook should check both account if setup properly by just hitting "Send
Receive"!!
otherwise, Outlook, toolbar>tools
Expand drop down menu
Send/receive each account individually or all accounts at once.

If you mean to compose new mail?
Use compose, then select accounts radio button. select account.
