How do I get rid of the HTML commands in my messages

There is no adderess in the from or to header, and the message is full of
commands making it hard to read. How do I change the way an incomming
message is displayed in outlook.

Typically, this is a sign that the HTML was malformed when it arrived.

While the From header is supposedly required by RFC, it really isn't.
The From header is just part of the *data* of the message sent during
the DATA command from the e-mail client to the SMTP server. The RCPT-TO
commands are used to specify who are the recipients of the e-mail (an
aggregate list of recipients is collated from the To, Cc, and Bcc
*fields* within your e-mail program that then sends out a RCPT-TO
command for each recipient to the mail server). That the body of the
e-mail appears to be riddled with HTML tags means the sender screwed up
in composing their HTML-formatted e-mail. So why do you really want to
read that spam?
