how do I suppress word alerts?

How do I suppress the following Word prompt when merging GoldMine data:
"This document contains links that may refer to other files. Do you want to
update this document with the data from the linked files?"

In Word, click on Tools | Options | General | uncheck the "Update
automatic links at Open" box | OK.
